Anna Silk
Anna Silk is Canadian actress that is most well-known in Canada by her character of Bo. Silk was born in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk both were professors. Ilkay was also a writer, producer, and director. Silk is the Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is a bit of a child with earliest memories of watching television and going to rehearsals for plays. Silk was featured in many commercials while she was an infant. In 1997, she earned a bachelor's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two productions in the early days: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk relocated from Toronto in November 1999, to Los Angeles California to pursue her acting career. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 after they met at an Actorsworkshop held in Los Angeles. The couple got engaged in 2009 before getting married at the civil ceremony on December. Following her conversion to Judaism and they were married again in an Jewish ceremony on April 10, 2011, in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman was born May 2013, a son called Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Levi Aaron was her second born child on the 13th of May 2016. Silk's work on television is a part of Being Erica as Cassidy Holland for which she won a Gemini Awards nod in 2009. In 2009 Silk was a part of the main role of Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while filming of the final season episode. She announced the pregnancy to viewers of the show in a Showcase preview of the Season Three special on January 6 2013. The 4th of June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the start of production on the fourth season. Then on the 20th of June 2013 Silk tweeted that she was ready to return to work on the show. CNN's Cable News Network named her role as Bo and Lauren (Zoie Parker) on Lost Girl as same-sex couples among their top television Couples. E! named the couple as the top Television Couple for 2013.
